The Strange Musician

Once upon a time there was a strange musician who was walking through the woods all by himself, thinking about this and that. When there was nothing left for him to think about, he said to himself, “It is boring here in the woods. I am going to get myself a good companion.”

After the tea painting and the tutorial, I’ve finished the long shading part on my drawing of Sherlock Holmes, The Strange Musician.

I’m happy he is finally done, but quite sad too, as always, and Benedict Cumberbatch is still a wonderful muse.

It was a big work, my biggest drawing so far (78x60cm).

The title is from this great story by eva-christine.
